Evidence packet

What to include

The strongest packet connects a real call scenario to artifacts that prove what happened before, during, and after the call.

Demo access

A test number, sandbox, recording link, or scheduled demo path reviewers can repeat.

Call artifacts

Recordings or approved transcript exports for the tested scenario.

Timing evidence

Greeting, response, interruption, tool-call, transfer, and post-call timestamps when available.

Tool proof

Calendar, CRM, ticketing, order, reservation, webhook, or transfer logs tied to the call.

Handoff proof

Transfer context, receiving queue, callback task, staff note, and failed-transfer behavior.

Policy proof

Recording, consent, opt-out, privacy, urgent-call, and escalation documentation.

Pricing proof

Usage model, subscription, overage, setup, integration, and human fallback costs.

Correction notes

Any known limitations, setup dependencies, or claims that should not be generalized.

Evidence packet

Submit the proof packet for review

Send repeatable artifacts tied to a benchmark protocol. Strong packets include a demo path, recording or transcript, timing evidence, tool logs, handoff proof, pricing, and policy documentation.

Submits securely. If the endpoint is unavailable, an email packet opens instead.

Submit by email

Send the packet to the editorial queue.

Include the vendor name, website, demo contact, protocols covered, evidence links, and anything that should be treated as confidential.

Review path

How evidence changes the matrix

The matrix should get better because evidence improves, not because a vendor asks for a favorable placement.

1. Submit Send the benchmark packet with vendor name, website, covered protocols, and evidence links.
2. Review Voice Agent Index reviews whether the evidence is repeatable, buyer-relevant, and tied to a specific scenario.
3. Update The matrix can be updated from pending to public evidence, vendor-submitted, or reviewed when the packet is strong enough.

Editorial guardrails

Benchmark submissions are reviewed manually. Voice Agent Index may summarize evidence, ask for clarification, reject weak claims, or leave a matrix item pending when evidence is not repeatable. Paid placement does not change benchmark conclusions.

Submission FAQs

Can vendors submit private recordings?

Vendors can share private evidence for review, but public pages should only describe claims and results that can be fairly summarized without exposing confidential customer data.

Does submitting evidence guarantee a better ranking?

No. Evidence helps correct gaps and improve verification status. It does not guarantee favorable editorial language or a high future benchmark score.

What evidence is most useful?

The strongest packets include a repeatable demo path, call transcript, timing evidence, tool-call logs, human handoff proof, pricing detail, and policy documentation.
